NAYA Diet subscription

Registration and access

Registration, profile, food diary, water and weight tracking, manual recipes, food search and barcode scanning, progress analysis, shopping, pantry, fasting and calculators are free. Premium is required to generate and view AI meal plans, recipes and photo analyses, including saved AI content. Without active access, this content remains stored and becomes available again after reactivation. Manual recipes and diary entries remain accessible.

Subscription and renewal

Subscriptions are purchased in the app through the App Store or Google Play. In Brazil, the monthly plan costs BRL 29.90 and the annual plan costs BRL 299.00. The annual fee is charged in one payment. Eligible accounts may start with a 7-day free trial, as confirmed by the store. After the trial, the selected plan is charged automatically at the price and billing interval shown at checkout, unless canceled before the trial ends. In other regions, the store displays prices in local currency. Availability depends on the app and subscription products being approved and released by the store.

Managing your subscription

The store shows the price, billing interval and conditions before confirmation. Subscriptions renew automatically until canceled. Manage or cancel through the store where you subscribed. Uninstalling the app or deleting your NAYA Diet account does not cancel a store subscription. Access continues until the end of the paid period, according to the status confirmed by the store.

One account across devices

Sign in with the same NAYA Diet account used for the purchase. Use Restore purchases in the app if needed. Subscriptions cannot be purchased on the website; an active subscription on your account unlocks the same features there.

Information and AI

AI results and visual estimates may contain errors. Review foods, quantities and recommendations. The app helps organize your routine and does not replace care from a healthcare professional.

Store conditions

Payments, cancellations and refund requests are processed by the store and are subject to its rules and applicable rights. See the Apple standard license agreement and Google Play terms.
